The commission fee for staff augmentation services is determined individually for each client and depends on several factors — including the Client’s legal status, contract type, payment currency, number of augmented employees, and scope of provided services.

The commission fee charged by Global Outstaff is calculated individually for each Client. The total cost of our staff augmentation services also depends on the scope of additional work performed by our company — such as arranging business trips, purchasing air or train tickets, hotel reservations, vehicle rentals, and other administrative support. For foreign employees, additional services may include the preparation of documents related to compensation packages, travel expenses, depreciation allowances, and other statutory payments. The Client’s taxation system (general or simplified) also affects the final pricing structure.
